Our main event each year is our “Winternights Viking Festival”. It is held on the Sunday the week before Halloween. This year it was held on Oct 24th, 2019. It helps raise money for the North Jersey Veterans Memorial Cemetery. It does so while offering one the opportunity to enjoy a day learning about Vikings, old Norse culture, activities, and more.
This year LSF will be giving NNJVMC a total of $208

2020 - 9th Winternights Viking Festival
Lars & Sven Foundation hosted its 9th Winternights Viking Festival. Covid impacted vendors, performers, and activities but did not prevent it nor did it keep the foundation from being able to raise and donate $178 to the Northern NJ Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
LSF hosts Vetrnaetr to honor inform & educate all about Vikings, their beliefs, culture, & way of life while raising $ for veterans cemetery.Trustees would like to thank volunteers, vendors, performers, and of course attendees for being part of it during the Covid pandemic.
We would also like to thank and acknowledge Alexander Nakarada for creating and providing music that was used in creating this video.
